Chameleon Hideout, developed by DC Studio, is a multiplayer competitive game that blends hide-and-seek with painting mechanics. It challenges players' visual acuity and creativity. As a chameleon, you must sneak into a room, use a set of painting tools (brush, fill, eyedropper) to replicate the exact colors and textures of the environment, adjust your pose to merge seamlessly with the background, and avoid detection by hunters. As a hunter, you must scrutinize every detail, spot inconsistencies, and shoot hidden opponents before time runs out. The game features high-quality graphics, smooth gameplay, and keyboard/mouse controls optimized for precision, delivering a tense game of cat and mouse.

The game divides players into two roles: Chameleons and Hunters. Chameleons must reach the color studio before hunters arrive, use the eyedropper to sample exact colors from walls or furniture, paint their bodies, and adjust their pose to blend in, increasing their concealment percentage. Hunters must carefully inspect the room, looking for color mismatches, outline shadows, or movement, and shoot suspicious targets. The game emphasizes accurate color sampling and pose matching; experienced hunters check unpainted edges and shadow errors first. Each round has a time limit, and hunters must eliminate as many chameleons as possible before the countdown ends.
