Controls

All controls are remappable via the options menu. Movement uses arrow keys/WASD, D-Pad, or left stick; the shot button (Z key/J key or gamepad west button) fires a wide shot or focused shot, with wide shots being weaker but allowing full-speed movement, and focused shots being more powerful but slowing movement; the grappling hook and throw button (X key/K key or gamepad south button) is used to grab items or throw, with tap for throw and hold-release for a more powerful throw; the special attack or bomb button (C key/space or gamepad east button) releases a special attack that nullifies damage and clears screen bullets; the autofire button (V key/L key or gamepad north button) toggles automatic wide shot firing.
