In Granny 5, you are trapped in a sinister mansion and must find a way to escape within five days. The house is filled with hidden passages, dark rooms, and deadly traps. The terrifying Granny patrols relentlessly, guided by her extraordinary hearing—the slightest noise or heavy footsteps will reveal your position and trigger a chase. Explore every corner, search for keys, tools, and clues to unlock heavy locks and disable mechanisms on the front door. With each passing day, tension rises; plan every move carefully and use the environment to hide from Granny.

The game features first-person stealth and puzzle-solving. Move quietly, crouch to muffle footsteps, and hide in closets or under beds when Granny is near. Being seen while hiding means failure. Find items like a crossbow with tranquilizer darts or assemble a shotgun, but they only stun enemies temporarily. Multiple locks and puzzles require specific keys, and room layouts may be randomized, offering replayability.
