The game progresses through several caregiving stages: cleaning, bathing, grooming, feeding, and dressing up. In the cleaning stage, click or tap on the leaves and branches stuck to the kitten to remove them. During the bath, apply soap, scrub, and rinse using on-screen prompts. Use a brush to groom the fur after toweling dry. Place food and water bowls in front of the kitten to feed it. Finally, enter the dressing room to mix and match clothing and accessories.
