Post-surgery, a 5-week recovery period begins, during which players monitor the patient's healing progress, provide necessary care such as physical therapy and medication management to promote recovery. Once the patient is fully healed, the game shifts to a fashion segment where players choose a cute and stylish outfit from a variety of options to create a new look for the patient. This game simulates real medical processes while adding light dress-up elements, suitable for players who enjoy caregiving and creative styling. Set in a modern medical environment, it emphasizes responsibility and care, with personalized fun through fashion choices.

The core gameplay consists of three phases: surgery, recovery, and dress-up.
