Mad Hatter Rush drops you into a surreal, ever-shifting Wonderland where nothing stays the same for long. The Mad Hatter has only one wish: to find a way out of this strange world. To do that, he must keep running forward, leaping over treacherous gaps and obstacles, dodging the dangers lurking in every corner, and collecting the items that help him push on. As the stages progress, Wonderland becomes more unpredictable: the pace quickens, traps multiply, platforms grow farther apart, and the margin for error shrinks. Players must stay focused during high-speed runs, timing every jump and landing with precision. The cartoon visuals and absurd setting work together to make this escape feel both tense and wonderfully odd. Mad Hatter Rush is a side-scrolling endless-runner style challenge built around two simple actions: moving and jumping. You guide the Mad Hatter as he runs through each stage, using movement and well-timed jumps to survive the obstacles and traps that block his path. The controls are simple, but the level design constantly tests your reflexes and sense of rhythm. On desktop, use the Arrow Keys or A and D to move, and press W, the Space bar, or click the mouse to jump. On mobile, a virtual joystick appears on screen for movement, and tapping the screen makes the Mad Hatter jump. The stages grow steadily harder: gaps widen, spikes appear, platforms shift, and the pace keeps rising. Judge each jump carefully, dodge hazards while running, and collect items. One mistake sends you back to the start of the stage, so smooth, consistent control is the key to escaping Wonderland.
