Money 2048 is a money-themed merge puzzle game inspired by the classic 2048 gameplay. In the game, you slide various money tiles, including coins, bills, and treasure icons, on a 4x4 grid. Each swipe merges matching tiles to create a new tile of higher value while earning points. The goal is to merge the highest possible money tile and achieve a high score. As the game progresses, the grid fills up, requiring careful planning to avoid running out of space. The game features vibrant colors, lively money icons, and smooth swipe controls, offering a relaxing yet engaging experience for casual players and puzzle enthusiasts alike.
The core gameplay follows the classic 2048 mechanics. Players swipe up, down, left, or right (using keyboard arrows or touch gestures) to move all tiles on the grid. When two tiles of the same value collide, they merge into a new tile with a higher value, and the player's score increases. For example, two $1 coins merge into a $2 bill, two $2 bills merge into a $5 bill, and so on. There is no time limit, but each move changes the board, so strategic planning is essential. Players must keep the grid organized and look for merge opportunities. As merges progress, higher-value tiles like $100, $500, and even $1000 appear. The game tracks the current score and high score, encouraging players to beat their own records.
On desktop, use the arrow keys (up, down, left, right) or mouse drag to swipe the grid. On mobile, swipe with your finger to move tiles. The game also supports fullscreen mode for an immersive experience.
