New York Shark

New York Shark is an early destruction simulator game where the player controls a shark. The goal is to smash all the things in New York. Use the arrow keys to dive down into the deep waters and then swing up to do a super jump. Bite all the objects in this famous, fast paced side-scrolling game. This game inspired a long series of similar games placed in different cities and using different animals like in the game New York Rex.

Players control the shark using arrow keys: dive down to charge power, then leap up to perform a super jump. While airborne, press the bite button to destroy objects. The objective is to cause as much destruction as possible, earning points for each object destroyed. Combos are awarded for consecutive destruction. The game is side-scrolling with no time limit, but players must keep moving to avoid getting stuck.
