Nexusorbiter

Nexusorbiter is a minimalist 2D arcade shooter where you control a defensive drone orbiting a space station. Reverse the drone’s rotation to face incoming threats while its weapons fire automatically. Avoid bombs, stop homing craft, survive energy-disabling attacks, and destroy support units before they restore boss health. Earn salvage from defeated waves and spend it on weapon speed, range, shields, missiles, and other upgrades. The main goal is to survive hostile waves and defeat powerful bosses.

The core gameplay revolves around the drone's orbital movement. Players reverse the drone's rotation to align its weapons with enemies. Shooting is automatic, so the focus is on aiming and dodging. After each wave, players use salvage to upgrade various attributes like weapon speed, range, shields, and missiles. Different enemy types and upgrade choices make each wave more tactical. The game progressively introduces more complex enemy patterns and bosses.
