Pokébonk is a fan-made 3D browser survival game where you pick a starter Pokémon and fight endless hordes of wild Pokémon in Kanto.

About the Game

Pokébonk is a fan-made 3D browser game developed by Charcher and inspired by the gameplay of Megabonk. Set in the Kanto region, it has you choose a starter Pokémon such as Bulbasaur, Charmander, or Squirtle and face endless hordes of wild Pokémon on three-dimensional maps with significant vertical depth. Defeating opponents earns experience and raises your level, and hitting key levels triggers a real-time evolution during the same match, unlocking enhanced basic attacks, unique passive abilities, and devastating ultimate moves. All 151 original Pokémon can be unlocked through specific League achievements, and progress saves automatically in the browser. Between matches, specific goals such as freezing or putting a certain number of enemies to sleep let you add new Pokémon to your roster.

How to Play

Each run starts with choosing a starter Pokémon, then places you on a 3D map to fight off endless waves of wild Pokémon. Defeating enemies earns experience orbs and levels you up; reaching the required level triggers a real-time evolution during the same match that drastically boosts stats and unlocks enhanced basic attacks, unique passive abilities, and ultimate moves, while each species also has its own signature moves and auto-attacks. Survival is the goal as pressure from the wild Pokémon keeps building. Between matches you can complete specific goals, such as freezing or putting a certain number of enemies to sleep, to add new Pokémon to your roster. Early on, prioritize movement speed and area of effect before your first evolution: fast-moving swarms can drain your health before you reach the level needed to evolve, while staying mobile lets you corner enemies on uneven terrain and collect experience orbs without taking direct damage.
