Pokemon Auto Chess is a non-profit, open-source game developed by two fans, with all rights reserved by The Pokemon Company. The core gameplay revolves around auto chess mechanics, where players place Pokemon units on a board that automatically battle. Players must select Pokemon types and build synergies to boost team abilities, such as through attribute combinations or skill alignments. Winning battles earns coins and experience, unlocking new items and Pokemon to gradually increase power. The game includes strategic elements like unit upgrades, formation adjustments, and resource management, with the objective to be the last player standing.
Players use click and drag actions to place Pokemon units on the board, with mouse controls for selecting items and upgrade options.
