You must click to switch to the correct form at the precise moment, or you'll slow down dramatically or fall. All characters start simultaneously, blending terrain navigation with competitive racing. Timing and sequence are everything: transform into a plane just before a gap to avoid falling, or stay as a car on long straightaways for top speed.
